Now Hiring: Community Schools Coordinator at Spring Hill Middle School

Scotland County Schools is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our team in partnership with Student U and the North Carolina Community Schools Coalition. We are seeking a Community Schools Coordinator (CSC) to serve at Spring Hill Middle School beginning January 2026.

This role is at the heart of building strong school-community partnerships. The CSC will work directly with students, families, staff, and local organizations to:

 Build relationships and identify community needs and assets.

 Launch and support a School Advisory Board to guide a shared vision for success.

 Open and coordinate a Family Resource Center to provide vital supports like food, clothing, and benefits access.

 Connect students and families with enrichment opportunities, expanded learning, and wraparound services.
